Located in Nelson, New Zealand, the PYNE & EID atelier welcomes clients from across the country seeking bespoke tailoring, wedding garments and specialised commissions developed through a traditional, hands-on process.
It is here that each commission begins — through consultation, pattern creation and precise hand tailoring.
Clients visit the workroom for bespoke tailoring, special commissions and fittings in a private and considered environment. Every stage of the process is guided personally, with attention to proportion, comfort and lasting quality.

We work with cloth sourced from some of the world’s most respected mills, selected for performance, structure and longevity.
Construction emphasises traditional hand tailoring techniques, considered internal structure and balanced proportion.

Ongoing Wardrobe Care
Garments are maintained and refined through our Nelson workroom, where we provide ongoing wardrobe care for our clients. Adjustments, refinements and future commissions ensure garments continue to fit impeccably and perform beautifully over time.

Sam is a genius, He has made several items of clothing for me, and they are the best fitting clothes I have ever worn.
